女贞子中黄酮类化合物的提取工艺研究

摘    要:
采用正交设计试验法对女贞子(Ligustrum lucidum)中黄酮类化合物的提取工艺进行了优化选择,以料液比、提取时间、提取温度、乙醇体积分数这4个因素设计3水平正交试验L9(34)。根据正交分析结果,确定女贞子中黄酮类化合物在90℃水浴条件下料液比为1∶40(g∶m L),用30%乙醇提取100 min为最佳提取工艺,在此条件下,总黄酮提取率可达5.16%,且4个因素对提取率的影响分别为温度料液比时间乙醇体积分数。

Study on Extraction Process of Total Flavonoids in Ligustrum lucidum Fruits
Abstract:
The extraction process of total flavonoids from Ligustrum lucidum fruits was optimized by the method of orthogonal design experiment.The three levels orthogonal test L9(34) was designed by four factors such as the solid-to-liquid ratio,extraction time,extraction temperature,ethanol volume fraction.According to results of the orthogonal analysis,the optimum extraction process was in 90 ℃ water bath with solid-to-liquid ratio of l∶40,with 30% ethanol extraction for 100 min.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of flavonoids could reach 5.16%,and the effects of four factors on the extraction rate were ranked as temperature>solid-to-liquid ratio>extraction time>ethanol volume fraction.
