铵态氮、亚硝酸盐氮对三角帆蚌免疫酶活性的影响

摘    要:采用浓度为0.5,1.0,2.0,4.0 mol/L NH4-N和0.2,0.4,0.8,2.0 mg/L NO2-N的水体养殖三角帆蚌20d,分析不同浓度的NH4-N,NO2-N对三角帆蚌非特异性免疫相关酶活性的影响。结果表明:三角帆蚌肝脏中的溶菌酶(Lysozyme,LSZ)、酸性磷酸酶(Acid phosphatase,ACP)、碱性磷酸酶(Alkaline phosphatase,ALP)活性及对NH4-N、NO2-N的敏感性均高于血淋巴中的活性和敏感性;0.5 mol/L NH4-N和0.2 mol/L NO2-N组三角帆蚌血淋巴中ACP活性均高于对照组,其余各实验处理组随着NH4-N、NO2-N浓度的升高,三角帆蚌非特异性免疫相关酶的活性明显降低。说明水体中高浓度的NH4-N和NO2-N能降低三角帆蚌的非特异性免疫活力。

Abstract:The activities of immunological enzymes in Hyriopsis cumingii culturaed in the water containing 0,0.5,1.0,2.0,and 4.0 mg NH4-N/L or 0,0.2,0.4,0.8,and 2.0 mg NO2-N/L were measured after culturing 20 days.The results showed that the activities of lysozyme,acid phosphatase,and alkaline phosphatase in the liver were higher than that in the blood serum.The immunological enzymes were more sensitive to NH4-N and NO2-N in liver than in blood serum.The activities of acid phosphatase in the blood serum decreased with increasing the concentrations of NH4-N or NO2-N in the water except for the activities of acid phosphatase in the blood serum were greater in the treatments with 0.5 mg NH4-N/L or 0.2 mg NO2-N/L than in the treatments of the control,which indicating that low concentrations of NH4-N and NO2-N improved the non-specific immunity,whereas the high concentration of NH4-N and NO2-N could markedly reduce the function of non-specific immunological enzymes in Hyriopsis cumingii.
