| Abstract: | Promotion of the technical regulations for cultivation and exploitation of rubber trees (Hevea brasiliensis) are discussed, including its importance in rubber planting and production, experience in carrying out these technical regulations in different rubber tracts, and the results of its observation. Some proposals for upgrading the technological level of natural rubber industry in the future are also suggested.
