| 摘 要： | 在菠萝成熟收获期，分别对巴厘苗残体进行分类和测定。结果表明，菠萝残体主要由叶、茎、根、果柄和芽5个部分组成，菠萝叶和茎是菠萝残体的两个重要组分，这两部分占到全部残体约87%，其中菠萝叶占72.75%。通过对菠萝残体各组分养分含量分析发现，以芽的N、P、K养分含量最高，分别达到13.86、1.88、24.00 g/kg；菠萝单株残体总量(干重)平均为313.63 g， N、P和K等单株养分的累积量分别为N 2.74 g、P 0.22 g和K 5.46 g，以K的累积量最高。

| Abstract: | At harvest time when pineapple fruit were harvested, pineapple plants of 'Bali' were divided into various parts and detected in terms of N, P and K content. The results show that the pineapple residues mainly consist of leaf, stem, root, fruit stalk and bud, of which the leaf and stem are the major components and make up about 87% of the total dry residues. Of the total dry residue, the leaf part accounted for 72.75%. The N, P, K content of the dry bud at harvest time was 13.96, 1.88, 24.00 g/kg. The total weight of dry pineapple residues averaged 313.63 g/plant, and the N, P, K content of the residues was 2.74g/plant, 0.22g/plant and 5.46 g/plant, respectively, of which the K content was the highest. |
