| Abstract: | Based on "the 10th five-year" comprehensive capacity assessment system of agricultural scientific research and technological development institutes, assessment and analysis are made of the Rubber Research Institute, CATAS from 2007 to 2009. The results of assessment are analyzed. Improvement measures and recommendations are proposed based on the results. |
