绿豆物理机械特性参数的试验研究

摘    要:绿豆的精量播种是解决我国绿豆产业栽培技术落后、产量及品质较低等问题的关键因素之一,而气吸式精量播种是目前精量播种方法中应用很广的一种方法,因此通过实验对绿豆种子的重要特性参数进行了研究,得到了长宽厚平均尺寸分别为5.72、4.38、4.42mm,球形度为83.95%,千粒质量为86.02g,孔隙率为0.5 0 7 6,休止角为2 4.3 3°,并对种子与不同材料间的滑动摩擦角和摩擦因数、碰撞恢复系数、漂浮速度和漂浮系数进行了研究。该研究填补了绿豆重要特性参数研究的空白,为后续设计改进气吸式精量播种机使之适合绿豆种子播种要求提供了重要的理论依据。

Abstract:Precision sowing mung beans is one of the key factors to solve our industrial mung bean cultivation techniques behind, lower yield and quality and other issues.The air-suction precision seeding is a method for precision seeding process a very wide application.Therefore, the important characteristic parameters test of mung bean seeds was studied, the average size of generous length were 5.72mm, 4.38mm, 4.42mm, spherical degree is 83.95%, the 1000 grain weight was 86.02g, the porosity is 0.5076, repose angle of 24.33 degrees, and the coefficient of restitution of seed with different material between the angle of sliding friction and the coefficient of friction, collision and floating velocity and drag coefficient were studied.Fill the blank in the research of the important characteristic parameters of mung bean, mung bean seeds to fit and provides an important theoretical basis for the following design requirements of improved air suction precision seeder.
