玉米收获机苞叶粉碎装置的设计与仿真

摘    要:为了研究玉米收获机苞叶粉碎机理,设计了一种苞叶粉碎装置。该装置主要由卷入滚筒、粉碎横向动刀、传动机构、定刀、粉碎纵向动刀、纵向动刀安装座、动刀动力传送机构、粉碎滚筒传动轴和粉碎箱体等组成。运用Pro/E和ADAMS软件对玉米苞叶粉碎装置进行了仿真分析,仿真结果表明:苞叶卷入过程中,在苞叶开始与卷入滚筒接触时受力逐渐增大,在卷入的过程中自身产生了滚动、翻转和滑移的现象;苞叶粉碎过程中,在苞叶开始与粉碎滚筒接触时先被横向刀片进行切断,然后继续被纵向动刀进行纵向切碎;在粉碎的过程中自身产生了翻转、滑移和跳动的现象。

Abstract:Bract smash device was designed in order to study the mechanism on bract smash of corn harvester, which is mainly composed of the involvement of the drum, transverse knife of crushing, transmission, fixed knife, longitudinal the knife of smashing, vertical knife mount, knife power transmission mechanism, transmission axis of crushing and grinding box and other components. Bract smash device was simulated by the use of Pro/E and ADAMS software, simulation re-sults show that in the bract involved process, when the bract comes into contact with the drum, the force involved is grad-ually increase, which produces a roll, flip and slip phenomenon in the involved process. In bract smashing process, when the bract comes into contact with the first smashing roller blades which cut transversely and longitudinally, and con-tinue to be longitudinally movable knife chopped. In the grinding process itself produces a flip, sliding and jumping phe-nomenon.
