自动蔬菜穴盘育苗精量播种机的设计与试验

摘    要:为了满足我国蔬菜穴盘育苗播种机械化需求,进一步提高作业效率和播种精度,结合国内蔬菜育苗的技术要求,设计了一种自动蔬菜穴盘育苗精量播种机。该装备主要由穴盘铺土装置、平整装置、打穴装置、精量播种装置、覆土装置和传动装置等组成,可连续完成常见蔬菜穴盘育苗的铺土、平整、打穴、精量播种和覆土等流水线自动化作业。分别用辣椒、南瓜种子进行了样机性能播种试验,结果表明:播种机作业性能稳定,穴盘铺土均匀平整,播种单籽率高于96%,漏播率低于1.4%,多籽率低于2.5%,打穴深度一致性和覆土满足穴盘育苗作业要求。

Abstract:In order to meet the demand on mechanization of vegetable tray seeding in China, and to improve the efficiency and accuracy of seeding, an automatic vegetable tray precision seeding machine was designed according to the technical requirements of domestic vegetable seedling.The equipment mainly consists of spread soil device, flattening device, precision seeding device,covering soil device and transmission.It can complete the functions of spreading soil, flattening soil,point hitting, seeding, covering soil, and the automation operation of production line has been achieved.The test was carried out with pepper seeds and pumpkin seeds, and the test results showed that, operating performance of the machine is stable, the single seed rate is over 96%, the loss rate is less than 1.4%, the multiple seeds rate is less than 2.5%.depth of seeding and soil covering both meet the requirements of the tray seedling.
