摘    要:为了模拟去雄作业过程,分析影响去雄效果的因素,对抽雄部件进行性能测试和参数优化,设计了抽雄部件性能测试系统。该系统主要由抽雄部件驱动系统、植株喂入系统、数据采集处理系统和总体控制系统等组成。试验分析表明:测试系统操作简单合理、运行平稳,结构参数和工作参数连续可调,能够模拟去雄作业过程,为抽雄部件及去雄机的开发提供了试验平台。

Abstract:In order to simulate the process of detasseling operations , analysis of factors affecting the emasculation effects , testing performance and optimization parameters of tassel-removal component , a testing system of extraction tassel-re-moval component is designed .The system consisted of driving system for the detasseling components , corn plant feeding system, data collection and analysis system , and central controling system , etc.The experiments show that the test system operation is simple,reasonable and stable,structural parameters and operating parameters is continuously adjustable ,the process of detasseling operations can be simulated ,provide a test platform for the development of tassel-removal compo-nents and detsseling machine .
