摘    要:马铃薯渣松散、密度低、水分高,不利于回收利用,因此将其压缩成较高密度的成型物料块是解决上述问题的有效途径。传统的薯渣压缩设备需要先去除水分,再进行压缩。本文根据马铃薯渣的压缩特性,研制了一种高效方便的脱水、压缩同时完成的闭式薯渣压缩试验装置,且优化了薯渣压缩装置。同时,对关键部件进行了受力分析,并进行了样机的试制。结果表明:设计的薯渣压缩试验装置效率高,证明了此压缩试验装置设计的可行性。

Abstract:Potato residue is not conducive to recycling,because of its loose, low density,high moisture content. So it is an effective way to solve the problems by compressing it into a high density molding material block. The traditional potato res-idue compression equipment need to remove moisture, and then carry on the compression. According to the characteris-tics of potato residue,a kind of high efficient and convenient testing device was developed,which was made by the method of high efficiency and convenience. Simultaneously, the key components were analyzed, and the model machine was trial-manufacture. The results showed that the design of the potato residue compression test device could achieved high com-pression, and the feasibility of the design of the compression test device was proved.
