林业科技成果转化的若干思考

本文对我国林业科技成果转化现状进行了初步分析，认为制约我国林业科技成果转化的主要因子是市场机制不健全；林业科研机构自身适应能力差；企业对科技成果的吸收力弱；技术扩散体系不完善；人才面临危机，投入严重不足。提出了加快林业科技成果转化的４个动力因素即；变供应型科研为需求型科研；确立企业的技术开发主体地位；形成有效的技术扩散机制；加强宏观调控，加快人才培养，确保科技投入。重点探讨了５种不同的转化模式即：自主开发、政府驱动、金融支持、合作开发以及引进、吸收、消化模式

SOME THINKING ABOUT FORESTRY SCIENTIFIC ACHIEVEMENT TRANSFORMATION

This paper analysed the status quo and indicated principal confinement factors of achievements transformation in forestry scientific research in China. The market mechanism is not sound, lack adaptability in forestry research department, achievements may be little application by the enterprise, technique spread system is not complete, talent and fund plunge are lack. It presents 4 impetus factors to speed up the achievements transformation. (1)Turn the supply type to demand type. (2)Establish main status of enterprise in the technique development. (3)Form a effective mechnism for the technique spread. (4)strengthen talent training and ensure the fund plunging. Lastly, It mainly discussed 5 kinds of different models on the achievements transformation.
