| 摘 要： | 研究了不同因素对香石竹初代培养的影响，结果表明：用75%酒精灭菌1min，再用0.1%HgCl2灭菌20 min后，香石竹外植体的成活率最高；以4号培养基对叶片进行愈伤组织诱导，其诱导率最高，达到了95%；以黄色香石竹叶片为外植体进行初代培养，诱导率最高，为88%。 |

| Abstract: | The leaves of carnation were used as explants and effects the different factors on primary culture of carnation were studied.The results showed that 1 min with 75% ethyl alcohol and 20 min with 0.1% HgCl2 were the best method to reduce pollutions,and the carnation explants survival percentage was higher;the No.4 medium was used to induce callus tissue,the inductivity was the highest and up to 95%;the yellow leaves of carnation were used as explants and primarily cultured,the inductivity was the highest and up to 88%. |
