酸浸泡-溶剂萃取原子吸收法测定环境土样中的全量镉

摘    要:用浓盐酸浸泡法提取环境土样中的全量镉,用溶剂萃取原子吸收法测定镉的含量,所得结果和标准值与王水-高氯酸消煮法的结果一致.回收率为95%-104%,变动系数为1.12%-3.32%.本法准确、简便.

Abstract:Maceration with concentrated hydrochloric acid was used to extract total cadmium from environmental soil sample.Cadmium was then determinated by atomic absorption spectrometry with solvent extraction.The results of determination were agreeable to standard values and the results obtained by using aqua regia-HClO4 to treat soil sample.The relative standard deviation was 1.12%-3.32%.The recovery was 95%-104%.This method was accurate and simple.
