摘    要:
以美国杂交烤烟品种K326为试材,研究了不同剂量钼素对烤烟叶片光合色素、光合特性及水分利用率的影响。结果表明,一定剂量的钼营养,对增加烟株总叶绿素含量有明显效果。处理40 d、55 d时,T1(0.22 mg.kg-1)、T2(0.35 mg.kg-1)和T3(0.49 mg.kg-1)处理的叶绿素含量均高于对照,增幅为T1T2T3。55 d时,T1的Pn(光合速率)比CK增加27.63%,Ci(胞间CO2浓度)降低了14.41%,Tr(蒸腾速率)以T1和T2较低,T1、T2的WUE(水分利用率)与CK相比,增幅达95.64%。施钼后烟株的干物质积累量有所提高。在本试验条件下,推荐最佳施钼剂量为每盆施钼1.35 mg(10 kg土计)。

Abstract:
Photosynthetic pigment,photosynthetic characteristics and water use efficiency(WUE) of flue-cured tobacco with addition of molybdenum nutrition on K326 were studied.The results showed that molyb-denum increased chlorophyll content of tobacco obviously.During the period between the 40 d and 55 d after treatment,the chlorophyll content of T1,T2 and T3 were higher than that of CK,and increasing range was T1 > T2 > T3.At the time of 55 d,the Pn(photosynthetic rate) of T1 was increased by 27.63% compared to CK.The Ci(intercellular CO2 concentration) was reduced by 14.41%.The Tr(transpiration rate) of T1 and T2 were compara-tively lower.The WUE of T1 and T2 were increased by 95.64% compared with CK.Molybdenum can improve the dry matter accumulation quantity.The recommended suitable dose of molybdenum is 1.35 mg per pot.
