陕西关中地区城市化进程中水环境问题探讨

根据陕西关中地区城市发展的历史和水资源及环境状况,结合世界和国内城市化发展的趋势,对关中地区城市化快速发展过程中存在的城市洪涝及城市缺水问题日趋严重、区内城市水资源不足且可挖潜力有限、城市水体污染严重、地下水超采严重并引发不必要的地质灾害等水环境问题进行了探讨,并提出了大力建设蓄水水库、加强城市节水工作、优化水资源配置、加强水环境保护工作等解决问题的对策和措施。

Discussion on several water environment problems during the process of urbanization in Guanzhong,Shaanxi province

Based on the cities' history of Guanzhong region in Shaanxi province and water resourses and environment conditions,concerned with the world and Chinese tendency during the process of urbanization,several problems of water environment were discussed during quickly developing process of Guanzhong region in Shaanxi province.For example,flood and water shortage of cities are serious,urban water resource in the regions is insufficient and exploiting potentiality is limited,water resource of cities is polluted seriously,underground water digging is serious and made unnecessary disaster of geology.Meanwhile the paper presents a series of measures on solving problems,constructing water reservoir,strengthening water saving in the region,distributing water resources well,strengthening water environment protections.
