| 摘 要： | 多年来,新疆乌鲁木齐垦区没有一个科学合理的猪瘟免疫程序,免疫程序较为混乱,免疫效果亦不同。为探讨一种适合本地区的猪瘟免疫程序,有效预防猪瘟,而进行本试验。本试验是对仔猪猪瘟母源抗体的跟踪监测结果,对不同日龄仔猪免疫猪瘟疫苗,然后采集血样,检测猪瘟抗体效价。根据效价不断校正、最终确定为科学合理的猪瘟免疫程序,其免疫程序是:猪瘟的超前免疫,剂量1头份,根据抗体效价下降情况,35日龄进行二免,剂量4头份;仔猪常规免疫:一免30日龄、剂量2头份;二免50日龄、剂量4头份;生产母猪免疫:配种前(后)15d进行免疫,剂量4头份。应用此免疫程序的同时,严格遵守环境卫生消毒制度,再未发生猪瘟,抵御了猪瘟野毒的侵袋,提高了猪瘟防治水平,促进垦区生猪养殖向健康稳定的方向发展。
