大白菜LEAFY新基因BrLFY1的生物信息学解析

摘    要:利用比较基因组学的方法从大白菜基因组序列中鉴定出一个新的LEAFY基因BrLFY1,并对它的序列特征、遗传进化和顺式元件进行了分析。结果表明,BrLFY1含有两个内含子,预测编码区为1260bp.编码一个分子量为46.38ku的蛋白。在进化上,BrLFY1与萝卜的RsLFY1关系最近,二者预测编码蛋白的序列一致性高达94.79%。另外,在BrLFY1的上游序列中存在多个激素和逆境应答元件。这说明大白菜LEAF-y基因BrLFYI的表达可能不仅受多种激素的调节,还受多种逆境因子的影响。本研究为进一步研究BrLFY1在大白菜开花和逆境响应中的功能奠定了基础。

Abstract:Through the comparative genomics,a novel LEAFY gene BrLFY1 was identified from the genome of Chinese cabbage(Brassica pekinensis).Its sequence character,phylogenetic relationship with other plant's LFYs and cis-elements were analyzed.The results showed that the genomic sequence of the gene contained 2 introns;its full length coding sequence was 1 260 bp,which encoded a putative 46.38 ku protein.The phylogenetic analysis showed that BrLFY1 was the closest to Raphanus sativus gene RsLFY1,and their homology re...
