| 摘 要： | 采用花粉管通道法介导玉米总DNA导入4个小麦品种(系)"9411"、"955159"、"96266"和鲁麦21中,并对转基因D1代的农艺性状进行了分析.研究发现,与对照相比,鲁麦21和"96266"的转基因D1代株高、穗长的差异达极显著水平;"9411"、"955159"、"96266"的转基因D1代的旗叶叶长和叶面积均达极显著水平;在"9411"的转基因D1代中,出现无芒变异的植株占20%左右;在"9411"的转基因D1代中,也发现了穗型与抗病性同时发生变异的植株. |

| Abstract: | The total DNA of corn was introduced into wheat "9411","955159","96266",Lumai 21 through pollen tube pathway.Characteristics of the transgenic wheat D1 generation was studied.The results were as follows: compared with the control group,the transgenic D1 generation of Lumai 21 and "96266" varied extremely in plant height and ear length respectively;the transgenic D1 generation of "9411","955159","96266" varied extremely in length and square of the flag leaf;The variation rate was about 20% of beardless ear in transgenic D1 generation of "9411";The variation of ear shape and disease resistance was found in the same plant in transgene D1 generation of "9411". |
