奉化水竹一字竹笋象的初步研究

一字竹笋象严重危害奉化水竹，水竹平均被害率为71.4%，该虫一年1代，成虫发生期为5月中旬到6月底，比危害其它竹种迟15-20天，其它各虫态的起迄期也相应延迟，成虫晴天活动，以竹笋80-150cm高处的笋肉补充营养，经3-5天补充营养后，进行交尾，雌虫经2-3次交尾后产卵，卵产于竹笋60-100cm高处，每穴1粒，一株笋上最多产卵3-5粒，人工捕捉，施放白僵菌、埋青盖土及药剂防治，均有较好的效果。

Bionomics of Otidognathus davidis on Phyllostachys heteroclada Oliver var.funhuaensis

Otidognathus davidis ,an important bamboo pest,was recently found feeding on Phyllostachys heterocl ada Oliver var.funhuaensis X.G Wang e t Z.M.Lu, causing a infection rate of 71 .4% on average.The weevil had one genera tion a year in Fenghua.Adults occurred f rom mid-May to late June,15 to 20 days late r than those lived on other bamboo speci es.They were active mainly in sunny days ,feeding on bamboo shoots 80-150 cm high above the ground and mating 3-5 days la ter.Eggs were oviposited in shoots at 60-100cm height,one egg per hole,3-5 eggs per shoot at most.Controlling measu res such as artificial catching,applying Beauveria bassiana and pesticides are suggested.
