烤前喷洒蔗糖酯对烤烟上部叶烘烤效果的影响

摘    要:
烘烤前用浓度1∶1 000倍蔗糖酯溶液喷洒鲜烟叶,能显著提高上部叶烤后质量。具体表现为:烤后烟叶色泽鲜亮,等级结构有所改善,总氮、烟碱、蛋白质含量显著降低,糖含量显著升高,化学成分协调性明显改善。

Abstract:
Before curing,fresh leaves were treated with 1∶1?000 sucrose-aster solutions.The result showed that the treatment could significantly improve upper position leaf quality.The leaf was upgraded and its color was brighter,the content of total nitrogen,nicotine and protein was significantly reduced,the sugar content was greatly increased,the leaf chemic component became mere harmony.
