| 摘 要： | 陕西棉铃虫对供试的几种常用有机磷杀虫剂未产生明显抗药性。对久效磷而言，杨陵种群表现为低抗，三原种群仍处在耐药性阶段，大荔、渭南种群则处于敏感状态。渭南种群对甲基对硫磷产生了２．８７６６倍的抗药性，而对甲胺磷的抗性倍数仅为０．６４８８倍。马拉硫磷对杨陵、三原、渭南的棉铃虫的ＬＤ＿（５０）分别为０．２７６９，０．１０６３．０．１２７３μｇ／头。 |

| Abstract: | The resistance level of cotton bollworm ( Heliothis armigera)fromShaanxi Province to several OP-insecticides was determined.The results sbowed that,tomonocrotophos,strains from Yangling , Sanyuan,Dali and Weinan were lowly resistant,tolerate and susceptible , respectively.For malathion ,the LD_(50) of strains from Yan-gling,Weinan and Sanyuan were 0.2769,0. 1273 and 0.1063 ug per worm. Strainsfrom Weinan were still susceptible to parathion-methyl with a resistance index of 8766and to methamidophos with a resistance index of only 0.6488. |
