摘    要:对3个转基因抗虫棉及其受体品种的生长发育特点和生理特性进行研究,结果表明:在7月8日以前,转基因抗虫棉的光合强度和叶绿素含量低于其受体品种,从7月8日~26日,转基因抗虫棉的光合强度和叶绿素含量高于其受体品种;7月26日以后,转基因抗虫棉的光合强度和叶绿素含量递减速率高于其受体品种.研究结果还表明,转基因抗虫棉抗环境胁迫能力差,容易早衰,全生育期内,其MDA含量均高于其相应的受体品种,SOD、POD和CAT酶活性均比其受体品种低.

Abstract:This paper deals with the effect of gene of insect - resistance on cotton physiological characteristics. The research result showed that before pre - flowering, the content of chlorophyll and photosynthetic rate of transgenic insect - resistant cotton were lower than that of its acceptor varieties, which resulted in weaker growth of transgenic insect - resistant cotton,after peak flowering,the contents of total nitrogen and chlorophyll and photosynthetic rate of transgenic insect-resistant cotton were higher than those of its acceptor varieties, which were the basis for high yield and good quality. The research result also showed, in the whole growing period , transgenic insect-resistant cotton had higher contents of MDA, lower activity of SOD and CAT and POD, which made transgenic insect - resistant cotton weaker in resistance to light, temperature and water stresses.
