摘    要:以文心兰 (Oncidium)品种‘AlohaIwanaga’为实验植物材料 ,采用高透气性的树脂膜培养容器 (有利于有毒气体的排放 ) ,在培养基中添加不同浓度 (0 %、0 0 0 1%、0 0 0 5 %、0 0 1%、0 0 5 % )的NaClO ,进行非无菌环境下 (不使用超净工作台 )文心兰试管苗的接种实验 .结果表明 ,常规培养条件下使用有糖培养基NaClO浓度为 0 0 1%与CO2 施肥条件下使用无糖培养基NaClO浓度为 0 0 0 5 %和 0 0 1%时 ,培养过程中均未见污染现象发生 .培养后的试管苗在主要生长指标方面与对照 (不添加NaClO、无菌条件下接种 )相比无明显差异 ,表明采用树脂膜培养容器可以在有菌条件下进行文心兰试管苗的接种 .

Abstract:Using Oncidium ‘Aloha Iwanaga’ as experiment material, introducing film culture vessels with high gas permeability (in favor of poisonous gas going off), and by adding NaClO of different concentrations (0%,0 001%,0 005%,0 01%,0 05%) to culture medium, inoculation experiment of Oncidium was done under normal culture conditions. Experimental results showed that contamination phenomena didn't happen in the process of cultivation when sugar culture medium with 0 01% NaClO was used under normal culture condition and no\|sugar culture medium with 0 005%, 0 01% NaClO was used under CO 2 enrichment conditions.After cultivated, tube plantlets weren't evidently different compared with the control (inoculated under no NaClO, free virus conditions) in main growth indexes,which showed that Oncidium' s tube plantlets could be inoculated under open conditions when film culture vessels were used.
