| 摘 要： | 本试验研究了3种浓度NAA水溶液浸泡接穗后在加有5%助剂A的封蜡中密封接穗顶端对核桃苗圃枝接成活的影响。结果表明:用100ppmNAA水溶液浸泡1h后封蜡,嫁接后用塑膜筒装湿壤土保护,效果最好,其接口愈合率95％,接穗萌芽率35％,成活率25％。

| Abstract: | The effects on the survival of walnut grafted in nursery to soak ingraftment in three concentrations NAA fluid before to seal wax added with 5 % assistant A at the top of ingraftment was detected It was discoveried the best treatment is to soak ingraftment in 100ppm NAA fluid before to seal wax in one hour and to wrap it in plastic film filled with wet 10loam,the healing ratio of the slit is 95% the ratio of germination of inqraftments bud is 35%,the survival ratio is 25%. |
