摘    要:该研究通过将水基钻屑与土壤和(或)腐熟污泥以一定比例混合形成人工基质,在进行定量淋洗脱盐的基础上,研究金叶女贞与狗牙根在该种基质下的生长状况与重金属富集特征。结果表明:经过淋洗后的人工基质盐分、养分等主要理化指标满足植物生长需求,重金属含量符合《绿化种植土壤 CJT340-2016》标准,满足绿化植物生长所需的环境质量要求。金叶女贞与狗牙根生物量的积累在不同比例的土壤和(或)腐熟污泥人工基质中存在显著差异,其中水基钻屑与土壤为10:1与10:2的基质上生物量最高。对于重金属的富集金叶女贞与狗牙根在不同配比的基质中存在一定差异,其对镉、铅、铜存在富集作用。水基钻屑合理配比后可作为人工基质用作绿化种植。

Abstract:In this study, the water-based drilling cuttings were mixed with soil and/or decomposed sludge in a certain proportion to form an artificial matrix. Based on the quantitative elution of salt, the study on the growth status and heavy metal enrichment characteristics of Ligustrum vicaryi and the Bermudagrass under the substrate. The results showed that the main physical and chemical indicators such as salt and nutrients of artificial matrix after leaching satisfied the growth requirements of plants, and the heavy metal content was in line with the standard of green planting soil CJT340-2016, which met the environmental quality requirements for greening plants. There is a significant difference in the accumulation of biomass between the Ligustrum vicaryi and the Bermudagrass in different proportions of soil and/or mature sludge, The biomass was highest on matrix with water-based drilling cuttings to soil ratios of 10:1 and 10:2.For the accumulation of heavy metals, there is a certain difference of the Ligustrum vicaryi and the Bermudagrass in the different ratios matrix, the Ligustrum vicaryi and the Bermudagrass has an enrichment effect on cadmium, lead ,and copper. Reasonable proportion of water-based drilling cuttings can be used as artificial matrix for greening planting.
