摘    要:
轮库线地处我国西北塔里木地区,根据近期对该区的腐蚀调查和埋片试验结果,研究了土壤环境的腐蚀性。将沿线环境划分为四段,三种腐蚀性等级。其中,近库尔勒的70km管段所处环境虽属干旱戈壁区,但土壤腐蚀性异常之高,按全国土壤5级分类标准,属最强腐蚀性等级。

Abstract:
The soil corrosiveness along Lun-Ku pipeline route is studied on the basis of the investigation and the of tests results. The pipeline route is divided into four sections and corrosiveness three classes. Especially, the 70 km long section near korla, though in a dry gobi region, has an extremely high corrosive soil environment which can be grouped into Class V according to the national five class standard for soil classification. It is shown by pattern recognition of environmental corrosion factors, that, by using such three key parameters as soil salinity water content and homogeneity, the corrosion models of soil enviroment along pipeline route can be established o quanta-tively evaluate and predict the soil corrosiveness with a reliability of 90%. In addition, also studied is the macro cell effect on soil corrosiveness, with its actual effects in horizontal and vertical (0 to 2 meters underground)directions evaluated in the range of whole line route. According to the comprehensive analysis, corresponding precautions are grven for different pipeline sections.
