摘    要:由于气吸式4ZTL-1800割前摘脱稻(麦)联合收获机的风机动力消耗和噪音较大,试验通过对其风机1/2相似模型的噪声研究,确定其噪声主要来自排气口的排气声。为了消除排气口的空气动力性噪声,在排气管口增加了不同结构型式的消声器。结果表明,长方形消声器可衰减声能并降低噪声,确定了低噪声消声器结构。此结果可供4ZTL-1800割前摘脱稻(麦)联合收获机中吸运风机作设计参考。

Abstract:Now the reduction of the noise and airflow pressure drop in the fan of 4ZTL -1800 combine harvester threshing prior to cutting is a constant target. Through the study of 1/2 similar fan noise, the noise source of fan was found, which was made by airflow moving at the exit.
