转基因兔的研究进展

本文简要介绍了以ＤＮＡ显微注射法、胚胎干细胞介导法为主，包括其它一些转基因技术的转基因兔的生产方法，着重阐述影响外源基因在受体兔中的整合及性传递的因素，对转基因兔在基础理论研究、动物生产性能改良，建立人类疾病模型及作为生物反应器等方面的应用进行了概括总结。

The Progress of Transgenic Rabbits

The transgenic animals have been an important molecular biotechnology method by which we can study the development of creatures and the inter functions of different genes.Because of their special bio character,transgenic rabbits have made great progress in these years.In the review,we introduced the methods of producing transgenic rabbit such as DNA microinjection,ES cell mediated et al. The focus was on the factors influenced the integration and expressing of exogenous DNA in the receptor. The wide use of transgenic rabbit, in study of infrastructure theory,improvement of the productivity of animals and establishing disease models and animal bioreactor was also brought up.At the same time,we also discussed the wide use of transgenic rabbits in studying.
