艾纳香化学成分在不同组织中的分布

摘    要:为探明营养生长期与生殖生长期艾纳香主要化学成分在不同组织中的分布规律,为艾纳香适宜采收部位的确定提供理论依据,采用GC法测定l-龙脑含量,紫外可见分光光度法测定总黄酮含量,并分析不同组织部位化学成分含量的变化差异。结果表明:1)l-龙脑含量,在营养生长期,嫩叶中的含量最高,为6.25mg/g,与其他组织部位呈显著性差异(P0.05),但功能叶、老叶和枯叶中的含量也较高,分别为5.11mg/g、4.80mg/g和4.33mg/g;生殖生长期,嫩叶中l-龙脑含量最高,为2.30mg/g,与其他6个组织部位呈显著性差异(P0.05),其中侧枝、花枝、花蕾和花朵中未检测到l-龙脑。2)总黄酮含量,营养生长期,功能叶的含量最高,为97.56mg/g,与嫩叶、老叶无显著性差异,但与嫩梢、嫩茎、枯叶则呈显著性差异(P0.05)。生殖生长期,功能叶中总黄酮含量最高,为111.39mg/g,与花蕾、嫩叶无显著性差异,但三者与枯叶、侧枝、花枝都呈显著性差异(P0.05)。因此,以l-龙脑为指标,用于提取艾片时,宜选择营养生长期采收,并采收全部叶片(包含枯叶、老叶、功能叶和嫩叶)及嫩梢;以总黄酮为指标,营养生长期与生殖生长期都较为合适,应采集老叶、功能叶和嫩叶。

Distribution of I-borneol and Total Flavone in Different Tissues of Blumea balsamifera
Abstract:The content of l-borneol and total flavone in different tissues of B.balsamifera during the vegetative and reproductive growth period was detected by GC and UV respectively and variation of l-borneol and total flavone content in different tissues of B.balsamifera during the vegetative and reproductive growth period was analyzed to discuss the distribution regulation of main chemical components in different tissues of B.balsamifera and to provide the theoretical basis for selecting suitable tissues.Results:1) The l-borneol content in young leaf is the highest (6.25 mg/g) during vegetative growth period and significantly higher than other tissues of B.balsamifera.The bborneol content in functional leaf,old leaf and dead leaf is 5.11 mg/g,4.80 mg/g and 4.33 mg/g during vegetative growth period respectively.The l-borneol content in young leaf is the highest (2.30 mg/g) during reproductive growth period and significantly higher than other six tissues of B.balsamifera,l-borneol component is not detected in lateral branch,flowering branch,flower bud and flower during reproductive growth period.2) The total flavone content in functional leaf is the highest (97.56 mg/g) during vegetative growth period and no significant difference with young leaf and old leaf but significant difference with young branch,young stem and dead leaf.The total flavone content in functional leaf is the highest (111.39 mg/g) during reproductive growth period and no significant difference with young leaf and flower bud.The total flavone content in functional leaf,flower bud and young leaf is significantly higher than dead leaf,lateral branch and flowering branch.The young branch and all kinds of leaves (dead leaf,old leaf,functional leaf and young leaf) should be harvested during vegetative growth period when l-borneol is used as the index.The old leaf,functional leaf and young leaf should be harvested during vegetative and reproductive growth period when total flavone is used as the index.
