中华圆田螺+水培花卉协同净化水质的效果

摘    要:
为探明中华圆田螺与具有景观、药用价值的水培花卉白掌和降糖草协同净化水质的效果,为水产养殖水体及景观富营养化水体的净化修复提供科学依据,在室内模拟富营养化静态水体进行协同净化试验,测定其对总氮、总磷、叶绿素a和悬浊度的去除率,记录植物根长、株高、病虫害、动物体重等指标。结果表明:对总氮的去除率依次为降糖草+田螺组合(49.53%)白掌+田螺组合(41.32%)降糖草(39.21%)白掌(35.86%),且差异极显著(P0.01);降糖草+田螺组合对水体中总磷的去除率最高,为67.53%,极显著(P0.01)高于其他处理。降糖草、白掌在受污水体中长势良好,株高增长率达49.6%以上,生根快,无病虫害,适应性强。

Effect of Cipangopaludina cahayensis and Hydroponics Flowers Collaboration on Purification of Water Quality
Abstract:
The TN,TP and chlorophyll a content and turbidity removal rate of simulated eutrophication static water were determined in indoor condition and the plants' root length,height,diseases and insect pests and animal's weight gain rate were recorded to discuss the effect of C.cahayensis and hydroponics flowers (S.kochii and G.divaricata DC) with landscape function and medicinal value on purification of water quality and to provide the scientific basis for purification and remediation of aquaculture water and landscape eutrophication water.Results:The TN removal rate of G.divaricata DC+C.cahayensis combination,S.kochii + C.cahayensis combination,G.divaricata DC and S.kochii is 49.53%,41.32%,39.21% and 35.86% respectively and the difference between different treatments is at very significant level.The TP removal rate of G.divaricata DC+ C.cahayensis combination is the highest (67.53 %) among four treatments and is higher than other three treatments very significantly.The growth vigor of S.kochii and G.divaricata DC with fast rooting,non-plant diseases and insect pests and strong adaptability is better in the polluted water and the height growth rate is above 49.6%.
