施硒对冬小麦镉吸收、迁移及分配的影响

摘    要:为探明施硒对冬小麦镉吸收、迁移及分配的影响,采用盆栽试验,设置镉0 mg·kg~(-1)(Cd_0)、1.5mg·kg~(-1)(Cd_(1.5))、6 mg·kg~(-1)(Cd_6)3个水平和硒0 mg·kg~(-1)(Se_0)、0.5 mg·kg~(-1)(Se_(0.5))、5 mg·kg~(-1)(Se_5)3个水平,研究不同施硒量对冬小麦各部位中镉质量分数的影响。结果表明,冬小麦产量随镉胁迫的增加而下降,Se_(0.5)、Se_5处理均增加冬小麦产量。在Cd_(1.5)水平下,施硒增加冬小麦各部位的镉质量分数,降低籽粒及根中镉分配比例,最大降幅分别为29.0%和23.5%。在Cd_6水平下,Se_5处理显著降低冬小麦籽粒、颖壳、茎秆中镉质量分数以及根到茎秆镉迁移系数;施硒提高根中镉分配比例,最大增幅为51.7%,降低茎秆中镉分配比例,最大降幅为52.3%。Se_5处理可抑制冬小麦对镉的吸收,减少冬小麦中镉向籽粒的转运。

Abstract:To investigate the effects of selenium (Se) application on cadmium (Cd) uptake,translocation and distribution in winter wheat,three Cd levels (0,1.5,6 mg·kg-1) and three Se levels (0, 0.5,5 mg·kg-1) were applied in a pot experiment.The results showed that grain yield gradually decreased with the increasing of Cd stress.In Cd6,compared with Se0,both Se0.5 and Se5 treatments increased grain yield.In Cd1.5,Se supplement increased Cd mass fraction in each part of winter wheat,however,Se reduced the distribution proportion of Cd in grains and roots,with the maximum drop of 29.0% and 23.5% respectively.In Cd6,the Se5 treatment significantly decreased Cd mass fraction in grains,glumes and stems of winter wheat,and also significantly decreased the translocation of Cd from roots to stems.In addition,Se decreased the distribution proportion of Cd in stems,with the maximum decrease of 52.3%,while increased the distribution proportion of Cd in roots,with the maximum increase of 51.7%.Therefore,in this experiment,the Se5 treatment can inhibit Cd uptake and reduce Cd transport into the grain of winter wheat.
