| 摘 要： | Toll样受体4(TLR4)在机体抵御外源和内源抗原干扰方面具有重要贡献,在连接固有免疫和获得性免疫中起到桥梁作用,TLR4引导的信号通路是近年来生命科学研究的热点内容。通过研究TLR4信号通路,可深入阐明机体免疫机制。本文就近几年国内外对TLR4的研究进行分析,对其结构、分布、配体及作用机制进行综述,并对未来发展方向进行展望,以期为未来科研及医疗提供理论参考。

| Abstract: | Toll like receptor 4 (TLR4) plays important roles in resisting exogenous and endogenous antigen interference,and it is also as a bridge in the connection between innate immunity and acquired immunity.Recently,TLR4-guided signal paths have been a hotspot in immunology,it could explain the immune mechanism in the body in depth through the study of TLR4 signaling pathway.This paper presented an overview about the newest research results of TLR4 in related to the structure,distribution,ligand,mechanism,nutrition-related factors and proposed the direction for future development nationally and internationally,which will provide some references for future scientific research and medical treatment. |
