| 摘 要： | 本研究选择２０只成龄母雉鸡，采用无氮日粮法和回归分析法比较测定内源代谢氮和维持蛋白质需要量。结果表明，成龄雉鸡内源代谢氮（内源尿氮＋代谢粪氮）分别为０１８８８ｇ／ｋｇＷ０．７５·ｄ和０２２７４ｇ／ｋｇＷ０．７５·ｄ；维持蛋白质需要量理论值为２６７ｇ／ｋｇＷ０．７５·ｄ～３．２２ｇ／ｋｇＷ０．７５·ｄ。

| Abstract: | In the study 20 adult pheasants were selected to determine endogenous metabolic nitrogen (EMN) and crude protein requirement for maintenance (RCPm) by the methods of nitrogen free diet regression analysis.The result showed that EMN of adult pheasants were 0.1888 g/kgW 0.75 ·d and 0 2274 g/kgW 0.75 ·d ,and theoretical value of RCPm was 2.67～3.22 g/kgW 0.75 ·d. |
