| 摘 要： | 针对目前高速精密播种的发展需求,研制了2BDY-9型高速气吹式精密播种机,介绍了该机的整机结构、工作部件的设计以及主要技术参数。该机采用的气吹充种和清种,适用高速精密作业,在黑龙江垦区的建三江分局、新疆生产建设兵团等地田间试验,作业速度达9km/h,排种合格率为88%,能够较好地达到东北、西北地区精密播种的技术要求。

| Abstract: | Consider to development needs of high speed precision seeder,research on 2BDY-9 high speed air sweeping precision seeder.It`s overall structure,working devices and main technical parameters are introduced in this paper.For high speed precision work,the technology of air sweeping is used for feeding and clearing seeds in the machine.Tests both in the Jian sanjiang field of Heilongjiang and the production and construction corp field of Xinjiang have shown that the seeder working speed is 9km/h and eligible ratio is 88%.So the seeder reasearch in this paper can meet the technical requirements of high-speed precision seeding in Northeast and Northwest of China. |
