饲料中氨基酸检测的常规水解法与微波水解法比对

摘    要:
比较用常规水解法和微波水解法对豆粕、鱼粉等进行前处理对饲料中氨基酸含量测定的影响,其结果表明,微波法相对稳定一致。用小麦标准物质作了应证比对,表明该方法具有良好的重现性和准确性,且微波水解具有简捷、快速、高效的优点。

Abstract:
Routine and microwave hydrolysis methods were compared in determination of amino acid in fodder and fish powder.The results showed that microwane hydrolysis method was relatively stable and consistant.Also wheat standard was used to prove the reappearity and accuracy of the two methods,in which the microwave hydrolysis method was easier,faster and more efficient.
