| 摘 要： | 以全国35个大中城市为研究对象,通过数据包络分析（简称DEA）,对不同城市之间的土地储备决策绩效进行比较,以＂相对绩效＂评价为切入点,通过评定不同城市土地储备投入和产出指标数据,确定造成土地储备风险的因素,最后提出完善土地储备制度,有效控制风险发生的建议。

| Abstract: | With 35 large and middle cities in China as the researched object,the decision achievements of land reserve among different cities were compared through data envelope analysis(DEA in abbreviation).With relative achievementevaluation as the breakthrough point,through evaluating the input and output index data of land reserve of different cities,the causing factors of land reserve risk were confirmed.Finally,it was suggested to improve land reserve system and effectively control risk occurrence. |
