宝山区蔬菜重金属污染研究

摘    要:本文研究了宝山区菜区蔬菜重金属污染的特点,结果如下:菜区蔬菜六种重金属元素含量一般比背景水平高,蔬菜吸收重金属的能力为:叶菜类>根茎类>茄果类。以代表性蔬菜—青菜为例,与蔬菜评价标准相比较,除铜、锌外,都受到了不同程度的污染,其中以镉的污染最严重。彭浦乡为明显的污染区,庙行乡则基本未受污染。蔬菜中重金属元素含量,叶片要显著超过叶柄。蔬菜中重金属元素含量,除铅、铬外,其它元素与土壤有着一定的相关性,以镉的相关性最好。

Abstract:The content of 6 kinds of heavy metal elements in vegetables is higher than the background level of vegetables. The ability of absorbing heavy metal elements of vegetables is as follows: leaf vegetables>root tubers>eggplants and fruits. Chinese cabbage is suffered from pollution of heavy metal elements in a different degrees except Cu and Zn, and Cd pollution is critical. The content of heavy metal elements in a leaf is higher than in a petiole. There is the relation between the heavy metal elements of soils and vegetables except Pb and Cr, and Cd element is the best significant.
