| 摘 要： | 低碳经济是指在可持续发展的理念指导下,通过技术创新、制度创新、产品转型、新能源开发等手段,尽可能地减少煤碳、石油等高碳能源消耗,减少温室气体排放,达到经济社会发展与生态环境保护双赢的一种经济发展形态。发展低碳经济的关键是技术创新和产业结构调整,在这一过程中,金融机构大有作为。

| Abstract: | Low-carbon economy means an economic development patterns that can reach a win-win situation of economic-social development and ecological environment protection.It was guided by the concept of sustainable development and it can minimize coal,oil and other carbon-intensive energy consumption and reduce greenhouse atmosphere in every possible way by the means of technology innovation,system innovation,product transformation,new energy development and so on.The key to low-carbon is technology innovation and the industrial structure adjustment.In this process,financial organization accomplishes much. |
