摘    要:从菠菜(Spinacia oleracea)根瘤上分离到一种细菌内生菌84G,获得纯培养。该菌系好气性、快生型,能固定大气氮。回接试验表明,该菌能感染菠菜幼根,接种后15~25天结根瘤,根瘤的固氮酶活力达4.01μmol C_2H_4/g·鲜重·h。


STUDIES ON SYMBIOTIC NITROGEN FIXATION OF NON-LEGUMINOUS CROPS Ⅰ.ISOLATION AND INOCULATION OF NODULE ENDOPHYTE FROM SPINACIA OLERACEA
Abstract:A bacterium endophyte 84G from root nodules of Spinacia oleracea has been isolated as pure culture.The strain is aerobic,fast-growing.Moreover the strain is capable of fixing molecular nitrogen.Back inoculation experiments demonstrated its ability of infecting young roots of spinach.The root nodules appeared in 15-25 days after inoculation.The root nodules possessed the capability of N_2-fixation with the activity reaching to 4.01 μmol ethylene/ g.fresh weight·h.
