| 摘 要： | 精原干细胞（SSCs）是雄性生殖系干细胞,位于睾丸曲细精管基底膜上,具有自我更新和定向分化的潜能,是自然状态下出生后动物体内在整个生命过程中进行自我更新并能将基因传递至子代的惟一成体干细胞.本文在阐述精原干细胞发生的基础上,通过分析犊牛精原干细胞分离纯化、培养鉴定、冷冻保存和诱导分化的现状,分析了牛精原干细胞研究领域目前存在的主要问题,展望了牛精原干细胞的应用前景,以期为精原干细胞的研究提供参考.

| Abstract: | Spermatogonial stem ceils are mate germ-tree ate, testis seminiferous tubule, possessing the potentiality of self renewal and directional differentiation,being the only adult stem cell of natural born animals with self renewal and transfering gene to the offspring in the whole life process. This paper stated spermatogenesis, analyzed the current situation of separation and purification, culture and indentification, cryopreservation and induced differentiation of bovine spermatogonial stem ceils, reviewed problems in current research and the research prospect of bovine spermatogonial stem cells, providing a reference for the relevant research. |
