摘    要:水资源承载力研究是保护湿地工作的基础,可为合理地保护和利用湿地资源,实现湿地的可持续发展提供有益参考。集对分析是一种新的处理模糊和不确定问题的系统理论方法,五元联系数μ=a+bi+cj+dk+el是集对分析理论的拓展。运用此模型对洪河湿地水资源承载力进行了评价与分析,评价结果与熵权系数法的评价结果相一致,证明所建立的模型是科学合理的,且集对分析五元联系数方法简便、实用。鉴于洪河湿地的实际情况,提出了相应的措施来提高湿地的水资源承载力。

Abstract:The research of carrying capacity of water resources is the basic work to protect the wetland. The useful reference which can protect and rationally use of wetland resources achieves the sustainable development. Set Pair Analysis (SPA) is emerging as a new system theory method for dealing with vagueness and uncertainty of facts. Five element connection number is an extension of SPA. The model has been used to evaluate the carrying capacity of water resources in Honghe wetland. The calculation result of Honghe wetland is in accordance with entropy weight coefficient method. It is showed that the method is scientific and rational. In view of the actual situation of Honghe wetland, the corresponding measures has been put forward to improve the carrying capacity of water resources.
