基于ARM9的谷粒清选损失混沌检测系统

摘    要:清选损失传感器通过谷粒冲击传感器获取冲击信号,由于工作中振动噪声非常强烈,常规检测方法很难将谷粒冲击信号检测出来。为此,首先给出了检测系统的系统框图,确定了采用Cymbal振子来设计传感器,接着对检测系统的信号调理电路进行了设计。最后,将该检测系统用龙格库塔算法程序化,确定了混沌检测系统的参数,并应用EVC(Embedded Visual C++)程序将检测系统移植到ARM9.0的WINCE 5.0平台上,证实了该系统的可用性。

Abstract:The signal of grain impact sensor was got by cleaning loss sensor,and the noise was very strong when the combined harvester was working,therefore,conventional detect method was difficult to detect the signal of grain impact cleaning loss sensor.In this paper,the block diagram of detection system was given first,and the cleaning loss sensor was designed by Cymbal oscillator,then,the signal conditioning circuit of detection system was designed.Finally,the detection system was programmed by runge-kutta algorithm,and the parameters of chaos detection system were determined,after that,the program was developed based on ARM 9.0 on the platform of WINCE 5.0 by EVC++(Embedded Visual C++) technology.Availability and correctness of chaos detection system was confirmed.
