喀斯特石漠化地区葛藤不同种苗的建园效果

摘    要:为探索葛藤在喀斯特石漠化地区的最佳种苗建园方式,对葛藤分根苗、压条苗、扦插苗进行了随机区组种植试验及扦插苗地膜覆盖试验。结果表明:在不采取地膜覆盖的条件下,分根苗成活率最高,其成活率分别是压条苗、扦插苗的1.6倍和1.9倍,不同种苗定植后的生长量差异极显著。采取地膜覆盖后,扦插苗的成活率可以提高到95%,地上部分主藤生长量平均为79.17cm,是不覆盖地膜(平均8.94cm)的8.86倍。经综合分析,在石漠化地区以选择扦插苗地膜覆盖建园为宜。

Abstract:The random block design was used to study the effects of different Pueraria lobata cuttage plantlets on their survival rate and increment and the contrast experiment was conducted to study the effect of plastic mulching on survival rate and increment of Pueraria lobata cuttage plantlets and to probe the optimum construction pattern for Pueraria lobata plantlet nursery in rock desertification areas.The results showed that the survival rate of the root cuttage plantlets was 1.6 times and 1.9 times that of the layering plantlets and cottage plantlets without the plastic munching condition respectively and there was significant difference I vine increment of cuttage plantlets between different cuttage plantlets.The plastic munching could increased the survival rate of the cuttage plantlets by 95% and the average vine increment reached 79.17cm,which was 8.86 times that of the cuttage plantlets without plastic munching.The optimum construction technology for Pueraria lobata plantlet nursery includes using cuttage plantlets and plastic munching in rock desertification areas.
