摘    要:高温胁迫下硒对优白1号和白玉春萝卜幼苗生理生化特征影响的盆栽试验结果表明:低浓度硒(≤0.9 mg/kg)提高了叶片总叶绿素、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖以及丙二醛(MDA)含量,这说明在一定浓度范围内的硒可以缓解高温胁迫对萝卜幼苗的伤害作用,促进幼苗的生长和耐热性的提高。

Abstract:The physiological response of the seedlings of radish(Raphanus sativus L.) varieties Youbai No.1 and Baiyuchun to selenium(Se) under high temperature stress was studied through pot experiment.The results indicated that when the concentration of Se was below or equal to 0.9 mg/kg,the contents of total chlorophyll,soluble protein,soluble sugar and malondialdehyde(MDA) in the leaves of radish were increased.While when the concentration of Se was over 1.2 mg/kg,their contents were decreased.It was concluded tha...
