家畜低钾血症、缺钾的基本病理生理与临床诊治

家畜低钾血症、缺钾病例,多继发于各类疾病,也常为临床用药失误所致。本病的基本特点是,发病较急,病程不长、症状表现不一、病死率高,常为临床兽医所忽视或误诊而延误抢救时机,致使病畜死于非命。目前国内兽医书刊上尚未见有专论。 低钾血症、缺钾的病理生理颇为复杂,体钾的代谢又受多种因素影响,因而在对本病缺乏认识时,靠一般传统的诊疗手段,往往难于达到预期目的。 本文通过对多种动物个体的典型病例的分析探讨,着重论述本病的基本病理生理及其与病因、症状和有关诊断、治疗方法的相互关系,供同行们在临症时提高对本病的认识与分辨能力。

FUNDAMENTAL PATHOLOGICAL PHYSIOLOGY OF HYPOKALIEMIA AND DEFICIENCY OF KALIUM IN DOMESTIC ANIMALS AND CLINICAL TREATMENT-ANALYSIS OF 31 CASES

Hypokaliemia and deficiency of kalium in domestic animals are frequently secondary to different diseases and caused by misusing some drugs in clinic. This disease is characteristic of acute occurrence, short course,various symptoms which are not represented similarly and high mortality. It is often neglected or mistakenly diagnosed by clinical veterinary surgeons so that the patients loss good chance of emergency treatment and are not rescured. The monograph in this aspect has not so far been published in veterinary books and periodicals in our country.Since fundamental pathological physiology of hypokaliemia and deficiency of kalium in domestic animals is more complicated,and metabolism of kalium in the body is influenced by different factors, it is not easy to attain the anticipation in diagnosis and treatment for this disease only by means of common diagnostic and therapeutic methods if one does not know about it.This topic discussed primaryly the fundamental pathological physiology of this disease and its relationship with causes, signs and diagnostic and therapeutic measurements concerned with the analysis and investigation of typical cases in different animals in order for veterinarians to enhance the ability of recognition and differentiation to this disease in clinic.
