番鸭血液生化指标与产蛋性能的关系

摘    要:采用托蛋法对番鸭进行个体产蛋量测定 ,并于 5 6周龄时根据其产蛋量高、中、低分为 3组 ,每组 2 0只 ,对其 9项血液生化指标进行测定 ,探讨有关生化指标与产蛋性能之间的关系 ,为番鸭早期选种提供科学依据 .结果表明 :(1)谷草转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶、乳酸脱氢酶活性及甘油三酯、总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量与产蛋性状均呈弱相关 (r=0 .0 0 8- 0 .2 10 ) ;(2 )谷丙转氨酶活性与开产日龄呈极显著负相关 (p<0 .0 1) ,与开产体重呈弱负相关 (p>0 .0 5 ) ,与 4 3周龄和 5 6周龄产蛋量均呈极显著正相关 (p <0 .0 1) ;(3)血清总蛋白含量与5 6周龄产蛋量呈显著正相关 (p<0 .0 5 ) ,与其它产蛋性状无显著相关 (p>0 .0 5 ) ;(4 )高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量与开产日龄呈极显著正相关 (p<0 .0 1) ,与开产体重呈显著正相关 (p<0 .0 5 ) ,与 4 3周龄和 5 6周龄产蛋量均呈极显著负相关 (p<0 .0 1) .

Abstract:In order to provide a scientific basis for early selection, egg laying performances of muscovy ducks were recorded individually by abdominal palpation method. 60 female muscovy ducks of 56 weeks old were divided into high, medium, low groups by egg production, 20 ducks in each group. Nine blood biochemical indices were measured at the age of 56 weeks, and the relationships between blood biochemical indices and egg laying performances were investigated. The results showed: (1) No significant correlation between serum GOT, AKP, LDH, TG, CHOL or LDL C and egg laying performances was found ( r =0.008-0.210). (2) GPT had a significant negative correlation with the age of first laying (AFL) ( p <0.01 ), a slight negative correlation with the body weight at first laying (BW1) ( p >0.05), and a significant postive correlation with the egg production at the age of 43 weeks (EN 43) or 56 weeks (EN 56). (3) There was a significant correlation between TP and EN 56 ( p <0.05), while no correlation was obsersed between TP and other egg laying performances. (4) HDL C had a significant postive correlation with AFL ( p <0.01) or BW1 ( p <0.05), a significant negative correlation with EN 43 or EN 56 ( p <0.01).
