摘    要:阐述了玉米联合收获机排杂装置的构造及工作原理。通过4因素3水平正交试验,分析排杂辊单元结构形式、排杂辊线速度、压送器线速度及压送器与排杂辊间距对排杂装置性能指标的影响,优化出最佳工作参数组合。试验结果表明,排杂辊的结构形式对排杂装置的性能指标影响显著。通过试验结果分析,确定出最佳优化方案:排杂辊结构为a型,排杂辊线速度为1.90m/s,压送器线速度为2.5m/s,压送器与排杂辊间距为30mm。提出了对排杂辊结构形式的改进建议。

Abstract:The structure and working principles of separating unit which is part of corn harvester were elaborated. A multi-index orthogonal experiment of 4 factors that are the type of separating roll and its velocity as well as velocity of suppressor and the distance between suppressor and separating roll was carried out, and every factor had 3 levels. In order to optimize the best operational parameters combination, the effect that parameters of the separating unit impacted on its index has been analyzed. The experimental result indicated that the type of separating roll has remarkable effect to the index of the separating unit. According to the analysis, the best plan is: the type of separating roll is type a, its velocity is 1.90 m/s, the velocity of suppressor is 2.5 m/s, the distance between suppressor and separating roll is 30 mm. Some ameliorative suggestions to the type of the separating roll were provided.
