摘    要:为了解银杏种核形态特征与其内在活性成分的关系,以17个银杏无性系种核为研究材料,对种核的形态特征、营养成分、药用成分进行了系统的研究。结果表明:(1)17个银杏无性系种核的核长、核宽、核厚、长宽比和单核重均达极显著差异水平,单核重与核长、核厚存在显著相关关系,与核宽存在极显著相关关系;(2)17个银杏无性系种核的蛋白质含量、可溶性糖含量、淀粉含量、总黄酮含量和总内酯含量等指标的差异均达显著水平,种核长度与蛋白质含量,单核重与淀粉含量之间存在显著相关关系;(3)以银杏种核的形态特征、营养成分含量和药用成分含量为指标,将17个参试银杏无性系分成3类。

Abstract:To understand the relation between nut shape characters and active components of Ginkgo biloba. Shape characters, nutrient contents and medicinal contents of seventeen clones of ginkgo biloba were investigated. Results indicated that: The nut length, nut width, nut thick, ratio of length to width and single nut weight of seventeen Ginkgo clones were significantly different, there were significant correlation between single nut weight with nut length and nut thick, also highly significant correlation between single nut weight with nut width. The content of protein, content of soluble sugar, content of starch, content of lactones and content of flavonoids of seventeen Ginkgo clones were significantly different, there were significant correlation between nut length with content of protein and single nut weight with content of starch. The seventeen Ginkgo clones were classified as three groups based on shape characters, nutrient contents and medicinal contents of nut.
