| 摘 要： | 不同家系枫香种子的粗脂肪、淀粉、可溶性糖、蛋白质等成分分析结果表明 :不同家系种子内粗脂肪平均含量为31 5 %± 1 3% ,可溶性糖平均含量为 3 34%± 1 0 9% ,淀粉平均含量为 2 33%± 0 30 % ,蛋白质平均含量为 15 7%±2 3%。

| Abstract: | The analysis results show that the average content of crude fat in various family seeds is 31.5±1 3%,that of soluble sugar is 3.34±1.09%,that of starch is 2.33±0.30%,and that of protein is 15.7±2.3%. |
