摘    要:以东北林业大学帽儿山实验林场的红皮云杉种源试验林为材料,研究硝酸还原酶和可溶性蛋白含量对红皮云杉种源生长的影响。结果表明:在种群水平上,红皮云杉在生长状态、硝酸还原酶活性以及可溶性蛋白含量上都存在着显著的差异,而且生长性状与所研究的两个理化指标之间存在显著的正相关,即树木体内硝酸还原酶活性高的种源、生长潜力大、蛋白质积累多。这一结果对红皮云杉种群的遗传改良、早期选择具有非常重要的现实意义。

Abstract:The relationships between nitrate reductase activity, the content of soluble protein and provenance growth were studied by using provenance experimental forests of Picea koraiensis at Maoershan Experimental Forest Farm of Northeast Forestry University as test materials. The result showed that there were significant differences in nitrate reductase activity, the content of soluble protein and growth condition among the provenances at the level of population. Also, there was great positive correlation between the growth characteristics and these two physiological and biochemical factors. That means the provenances with stronger nitrate reductase activity has higher growing potential and more protein accumulation, which is very important to genetic improvement and early selection of the provenances for this specie.
